      We ship our phones with either a 12v car charger or a standard wall charger. The type of charger you chose will determine how you ship the phone back.

      12V CAR CHARGER

    • The phones come with pre-paid packaging. To return the phone and 12v car charger, just drop the package in any post box or just hand in to any Post Office in the Republic of Ireland. Use this link to locate Post Offices throughout Ireland Post Office Finder
      There are post boxes at both Dublin and Shannon airports.

      MAINS WALL CHARGER

    • The phones come with pre-paid packaging. To return the phone and wall car chargeryou need to hand in to any Post Office in the Republic of Ireland. Use this link to locate Post Offices throughout Ireland Post Office Finder
      Please note that all post offices are closed on a Sunday. If you are planning to return on a Sunday your hotel or bed and breakfast should be able to post it for you the following day.

      There are no post offices at Shannon or Dublin Airports. The return package will not fit in the regular post boxes at the airports. Please arrange to have your phone sent back to prior to your arrival at the Airport.

    • We used the phone to call ahead for lodging, as we had no fixed itinerary. Very valuable. We used it to get help when we had a tire blowout on the Killarney/Kenmare road, miles from help. Invaluable! Had a wonderful time in Ireland, and the phone was a significant contributing factor.
