Our office currently closed but we will reopen on Monday 12th January 2009. We can issue cell phone numbers from Monday 12th January. Cell phones can be collected in Ireland on Wednesday 14th January from noon onwards.
All other orders can be placed as normal and we will deal with them when we reopen.
When to order your phone for Delivery in Ireland.
Please try and give us at least 3 working days notice to ensure that your phone arrives on time at your pickup point in Ireland. However if it is a last minute order, then please fill in the Booking Form anyway and call us on (USA) 011 353 876834563.
We will do our best to get a phone to you, if we cannot then we will cancel your order and let you know.
When to order your phone for Delivery in Northern Ireland and the UK.
Please try and give us at least 4 working days notice to ensure that your phone arrives on time at your pickup point in Northern Ireland and the UK.
We will do our best to get a phone to you; if we cannot then we will cancel your order and let you know.
What we mean by 'working day'?
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and Bank or Public Holidays. Here are some examples.
Eg: Phones ordered on a Sunday for delivery in Ireland will be shipped on Monday and will be delivered nationwide on Tuesday afternoon.
Eg: Phones ordered on a Thursday evening or Friday morning for delivery in Ireland will be shipped on a Friday and will be delivered nationwide on Monday afternoon.
Eg: Phones ordered on a Wednesday evening or a Friday morning for delivery in Northern Ireland or the UK will be shipped on a Thursday and will be delivered nationwide on Monday afternoon.

PER MINUTE CALL COSTS
Our phones use prepaid accounts. This means you pay for your phone calls in advance. Your phone comes with €5 credit. This will give you up to 25 minutes talktime to Irish landlines.
If you use our optional international call plan, then you will be able to make calls to international
landlines and US & Canadian cell phones for just 19 cent per minute.

International Call Plan Option:
Deselect this option if you do not plan on making international calls.

If you only need the cell phone to receive calls, or to make a small number of short calls then the €5 call credit on the phone may be enough.
However if you plan on keeping in touch regularly with your home or office or if you plan on using the phone to organise hotels/ restraunts etc then you will need extra call credit.

CELL PHONE CHARGER
The type of cell phone charger you chose will determine how you return the cell phone to us.
With a 12v CAR CHARGER the phone can be returned by post using any standard post box, including the ones at Dublin and Shannon Airport.
With a MAINS WALL CHARGER the phone can only be returned at a post office (closed on Sundays). There are no post offices at the airports and the wall charger will not fit in standard post boxes.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
During the order process you wiil be prompted to enter a shipping address and phone number in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK where you will collect your cell phone.
The following options are available:
Hotel or Bed and Breakfast in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK: Please include reservation name and number.
Dublin Airport: Greencaps Left Luggage (We cannot ship phones to car rental desks at Dublin Airport).
Post Office: Collect your phone at any Post Office throughout the country.
